Time to Float on the River!

 

I’m lying here on my cot,

But it is too dad-gum hot.

So, I jump in the river.

Now I have got the shivers.

As I am wrapping in my towel,

The wolves begin to howl.

I jumped in my big tent.

I’m wide awake, can’t even squint.

So I’m packing up my backpack.

No intentions looking back.

Say “goodbye” to camping grounds.

Now I am homeward bound
